Jiangsu Suqian Longze Modular Building Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise in the field of integrated housing integrating scientific research, production, installation and service, mainly engaged in wholesale and retail. The company covers an area of 16,615 square meters, with an existing plant area of more than 9,000 square meters and 28 employees. It mainly produces various types of sandwich panels and various types of containers. There are two rock wool sandwich panel production lines, one electrostatic spraying line, five welding production lines, one shearing machine, one bending machine, three color corrugated tile production lines, and four steel forming production lines. After the implementation of the production, it can produce 200,000 meters of various sandwich panels and 10,000 containers of various types per year. It can produce 100 fast-assembly boxes, 30 packing boxes, 45 fixed boxes, and 3,000 meters of sandwich panels per day.
Frame
A. We use hot-dip galvanized Q235 steel for all beams, columns and link keys. It is high-performance and rust-proof. Some factories only use electrolytic plates or black steel materials, which will rust easily. We are rust-free for many years.
B. We use 2.5mm galvanized steel. Other factories only use 2.3mm steel. Our products are stronger. Use longer.
Large Space and Luxury Decoration
A. Large Space: Our standard exterior dimensions are 6055*2990*2896mm. This is much larger than most mobile homes, which are only 2.4x6x 2.5m.
B. Luxury Decoration: The steel structure is hidden inside the wall, the cables are hidden inside the ceiling, and there is iron sheet edging.
High-performance drainage system
A. Our units feature a four-side internal drainage system. The curved pieces with troughs and aqueducts are hidden in the columns, working together to allow water to flow out easily. Even heavy rain will not clog this drainage system. Other plants have smaller drainage channels and the gutters are easily clogged.
B. All our containers are assembled using bolts. No welding is required. This means that the container house is easy to assemble. It is easy for 2 adults to move all the materials and assemble them.
Firm hanging head
We use 3.5mm thick steel as the hanging head. It is very strong and ensures safety when lifting.
1. Iron ceiling
A. We use 0.426mm iron ceiling, which is simple and durable.
Top tile
We use 0.426mm wave top tile. Insert the top tile into the wave of another top tile to prevent roof leaks. The curved roof also makes the water drain faster.
